Job Summary

Leading the end-to-end delivery of customer implementation engagements, the full-time Senior Delivery Lead will ensure predictable project execution by translating customer outcomes into realistic delivery plans while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of customer implementation engagements, managing scope, milestones, dependencies, and budget
• Align the implementation team on goals and outcomes, ensuring shared accountability and focus
• Proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a (Technical) Delivery Lead or Project Management role in the Enterprise Software or SaaS industry
• Proven track record in leading agile customer-facing Professional Services implementation engagements
• Advanced communication skills to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences
• Strong aptitude for strategic thinking and innovative problem-solving
• Passion for driving customer success with a solid understanding of Professional Services engagements in an ARR-driven enterprise software business
