Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to oversee software development processes and ensure high-quality product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Provide structure throughout the software development lifecycle and create planning artifacts
Coach teams on Agile principles and facilitate regular planning and retrospective sessions
Identify and communicate dependencies and risks to relevant stakeholders

Required Qualifications

5 to 7 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or Agile Coach
5 to 7 years of experience working in an Agile environment with software development teams
Advanced knowledge of work management tools such as Jira or Rally
Agile and/or Scrum certification
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
