Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Delivery Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Provide formal structure throughout the software development lifecycle and create concrete artifacts for planning and outcomes
Coach teams on Agile principles and best practices while fostering a safe environment for learning and growth
Facilitate regular sessions for backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders

Required Qualifications

5 to 7 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or Agile Coach
5 to 7 years of experience working in an Agile environment with software engineering teams
Advanced knowledge of work management tools such as Jira or Rally
Agile and/or Scrum certification
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
