Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Delivery Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Provide formal structure throughout the software development lifecycle and create concrete artifacts for planning and improvement
Coach teams on Agile principles and facilitate regular sessions for backlog refinement and sprint planning
Identify and communicate dependencies and risks, while fostering a safe team environment that promotes growth

Required Qualifications

5 to 7 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or Agile Coach
5 to 7 years of experience working in an Agile environment with software engineering teams
Advanced knowledge of work management tools such as Jira or Rally
Agile and/or Scrum certification
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
