Senior Delivery Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to join their team full-time in India.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews for large Agile teams, ensuring alignment across multiple squads
• Coach team members on Scrum principles and resolve blockers in complex projects
• Scale Agile processes using frameworks like SAFe or LeSS and implement metrics to track progress

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master with complex teams of 25+ members
• CSM/CSPO or equivalent certification; experience with scaled frameworks preferred
• Strong facilitation skills for large groups and expertise in tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and metrics for large-scale delivery
