Senior Delivery Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager Delivery to lead cross-functional teams in achieving strategic business and technology objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead mission-critical delivery teams for major business and technology programs
• Own and implement Disciplined Agile Delivery processes to sustain high-performing teams
• Prepare and present updates for senior leaders, translating technical complexity into business impact

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of program/delivery management experience, including at least 6 years leading delivery managers or cross-functional teams
• Proven record of executive-level communication and stakeholder management
• Demonstrated experience with Agile, Lean, and/or Continuous Delivery methodologies
• Strongly preferred experience in healthcare, insurance, or regulated industries
