Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations for PB Underpayments and Interest & Penalties service lines, ensuring timely and compliant execution
• Oversee workload distribution, quality assurance, and productivity across multiple operational teams
• Monitor KPIs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance workflow automation and reporting capabilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 7+ years of healthcare revenue cycle management experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of professional billing and payer reimbursement methodologies
• Experience managing multiple operational teams or service lines concurrently
• Proficiency in claim formats and EOB interpretation, as well as Excel and RCM platforms
