Senior Delivery Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to build and lead its delivery function from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full delivery lifecycle for product releases, including planning, deployment, and stakeholder communications
• Design and establish the delivery management function, including processes, templates, and tools for multiple engineering teams
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies to enhance release cadence and manage the edge deployment pipeline

Required Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in delivery management, release management, or program management in a software organization
• Proven ability to build delivery processes from scratch and manage complex software releases
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience adapting them to real-world situations
• Proficiency with Jira, including workflow configuration and reporting
• Experience with healthcare, health IT, or regulated industries is a plus
