Senior Delivery Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Delivery Manager - Overarching - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner and advisor to senior leadership, aligning delivery execution with enterprise priorities
• Own enterprise-level delivery metrics reporting and assess overall delivery health across products
• Provide matrixed leadership and enablement to Delivery Managers, establishing common expectations for delivery health reporting

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in employee relations, professional development, hiring, or performance management within technology organizations
• 3+ years of experience working closely with software engineering teams or within engineering organizations
• 3+ years of experience leading through influence and matrixed models
• 3+ years of experience using data and metrics to inform delivery and operational decisions
• Proven solid systems thinking and analytical skills
