Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead mission-critical delivery teams for major business and technology programs
• Own and sustain Disciplined Agile Delivery processes to develop high-performing teams
• Prepare and present updates for senior leaders, translating technical complexity into business impact

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of program/delivery management experience with complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Proven record of executive-level communication and stakeholder management
• Experience with Agile, Lean, and/or Continuous Delivery methodologies and tools
• Strongly preferred: Healthcare or regulated-industry experience and relevant Agile certifications
