Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Delivery Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and implement IT service management (ITSM) processes and ensure compliance
Manage service delivery from Supplier teams and collaborate with the Global Service Management Office
Develop quality metrics and analyze data for continuous improvement of service management processes

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field
8+ years of experience in IT Service Management
Strong understanding of ITIL framework; ITIL certification preferred
Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
Knowledge of cloud technologies, primarily Microsoft Azure
