Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Delivery Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and implement IT service management (ITSM) processes and ensure compliance
  • Manage service delivery from Supplier teams and collaborate with the Global Service Management Office
  • Develop quality metrics and analyze data for continuous improvement of service management processes
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in IT Service Management
  • Strong understanding of ITIL framework; ITIL certification preferred
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies, primarily Microsoft Azure
