Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Delivery Manager, Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive alignment between service delivery and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
• Facilitate proactive escalation resolution and strengthen client relationships to enhance loyalty and service expansion
• Implement best practices and optimize resource allocation for efficient service delivery and operational excellence

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading complex project/program portfolios in a technology or consulting environment
• Significant experience in financial accountability, including revenue forecasting and margin management
• Deep understanding of operational excellence principles and process improvement methodologies
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field; PMP certification is highly desirable
• Knowledge of project/program management methodologies and PSA tools like Salesforce
