Senior Delivery Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of Project Managers, the full-time Senior Delivery Manager will oversee execution across a portfolio of IT initiatives and manage a critical client-facing integration program, all while working remotely from the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of approximately 6 Project Managers, establishing delivery standards and governance
• Own the end-to-end delivery of the ITSM Integration program (RSI Connect), ensuring alignment with business stakeholders
• Act as a hands-on delivery leader, managing high-impact initiatives and driving execution momentum across complex programs

Required Qualifications:

• 8-12+ years of experience in IT program/project management with leadership responsibilities
• Proven experience managing teams of Project Managers in a PMO or delivery organization
• Strong experience delivering programs leveraging ServiceNow
• Experience leading large-scale, cross-platform IT programs, including CRM and ITSM
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models
