Senior Delivery Manager

Job Summary

Experienced delivery managers will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Senior Delivery Manager, responsible for overseeing delivery systems, managing cross-team dependencies, and influencing engineering and product teams to ensure successful project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and improve delivery visibility by tracking cross-team blockers and integration risks
• Drive backlog readiness discipline to ensure well-defined work enters execution
• Influence stakeholder behavior through structured options and clear communication of delivery trade-offs

Required qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of delivery management experience in software engineering teams, preferably in fintech or a similar environment
• Proven ability to influence teams through data-driven decision-making and structured communication
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, including integration complexity and release management
• Experience managing Kanban-based teams and using flow metrics for operational management
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
