Senior Delivery Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to drive high-quality delivery across engineering teams in a remote, full-time role, focusing on modern continuous-delivery practices and ensuring alignment with product strategy while mentoring other Delivery Managers.

Key responsibilities

• Drive predictable delivery by turning strategy into actionable outcomes across multiple teams while balancing strategic initiatives with daily execution
• Identify and remove impediments affecting team performance, fostering a culture of proactive problem-solving and self-sufficiency
• Build transparency and trust through effective communication and reporting, managing stakeholder dynamics, and ensuring alignment with product and engineering teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 4-6 years in delivery leadership or scrum master roles, with at least 2 years managing program-level delivery or interdependent teams
• Expert knowledge of modern continuous-delivery practices and systems thinking across multiple teams
• Proficiency with ALM tooling (e.g., Azure DevOps) and experience in establishing flow metrics for continuous improvement
• Strong understanding of product strategy and customer outcomes, with a proven ability to facilitate cross-team coordination
