Senior Delivery Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Senior Delivery Manager will manage delivery systems, influence engineering and product management practices, and ensure operational efficiency while working remotely across the continental US.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and improve delivery visibility by tracking cross-team blockers and managing delivery risks
• Influence team behavior and frame delivery trade-offs through structured options and clear communication
• Manage both Kanban-based and sprint-based team operations to ensure commitment reliability and sprint goal integrity

Required qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of delivery management experience within software engineering teams in a fintech or regulated environment
• Proven ability to influence behavior through structure and data, with experience in improving delivery systems
• Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, including integration complexity and release management
• Strong working knowledge of Jira for tracking dependencies and delivery modeling
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
