Senior Delivery Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing technology team, the full-time Senior Delivery Manager will manage delivery systems, influence stakeholders, and ensure operational integrity in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and improve delivery visibility by tracking cross-team blockers and managing delivery risks
• Influence engineering and product management behavior through structured data presentation and accountability
• Manage Kanban-based delivery systems, balancing planned work with high-priority operational demands

Required qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of delivery management experience in software engineering, preferably in fintech or a regulated environment
• Proven ability to influence behavior through structure, data, and clear communication
• Experience with delivery systems improvement, including reducing carryover and enhancing planning quality
• Strong knowledge of Jira for dependency tracking and operational insights
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
