Senior Delivery Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing technology team, the full-time Senior Delivery Manager will manage delivery systems, influence stakeholders, and ensure operational integrity while working remotely across the continental US.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and improve delivery visibility by tracking cross-team blockers and managing delivery risk
• Influence engineer and product manager behavior through structured options and clear communication of delivery trade-offs
• Manage both Kanban and sprint-based delivery systems, ensuring commitment reliability and backlog readiness

Required qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of delivery management experience within software engineering teams in a fintech or similarly regulated environment
• Proven ability to influence behavior through data-driven decision-making and structured communication
• Strong working knowledge of Jira for tracking dependencies and delivery modeling
• Experience managing Kanban-based teams and utilizing flow metrics for operational management
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
