Senior Delivery Manager

Job Summary

To support the company's growth, the full-time Senior Delivery Manager will manage delivery systems, influence engineering and product teams, and improve operational processes while working remotely from anywhere in the continental US.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance delivery visibility by tracking cross-team blockers and managing delivery risks
• Influence team behavior through structured data presentation and enforce readiness standards to protect delivery integrity
• Manage both Kanban-based and sprint-based teams, ensuring commitment reliability and effective backlog readiness

Required qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of delivery management experience within software engineering teams in a fintech or similarly regulated environment
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders through structured communication and data analysis
• Experience with delivery systems improvement, including reducing carryover and enhancing planning quality
• Strong working knowledge of Jira for managing dependencies and operational insights
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
