Senior Delivery Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Senior Delivery Manager will oversee project delivery, manage client relationships, and ensure timely execution of IT delivery projects while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Support pre-sales activities and contribute to solution shaping and client presentations
• Monitor project progress, manage scope and resources, and escalate delivery risks as needed
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders to ensure delivery stability and satisfaction

Required qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience managing IT delivery projects across multiple teams
• Experience delivering projects involving 20-50 FTEs
• Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
• Understanding of core technology stack components and delivery metrics
• Proficient in contract interpretation and managing project financials
