Senior Delivery Manager
Job Summary
Owning the strategic-level product roadmap, the fully remote Senior Delivery Manager will manage end-to-end delivery for multiple complex programs, partner with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior staff while driving alignment with senior stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage the strategic-level product roadmap in collaboration with product, engineering, and business leadership
- Lead quarterly and annual roadmap planning cycles, ensuring alignment between strategic goals and delivery capacity
- Mentor and guide Delivery Managers and Delivery Analysts, providing feedback and coaching
Required qualifications
- 6-9 years of experience in delivery management, project management, or a related field
- 4-7 years of direct experience as a Delivery Manager or equivalent role
- Demonstrated experience owning and managing strategic product roadmaps
- Strong facilitation skills for roadmap planning and requirements gathering
- PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification preferred
