Senior Delivery Manager
Job Summary
To support the company's growth, the full-time Senior Delivery Manager will oversee delivery systems, manage cross-team dependencies, and influence engineering and product management practices while working remotely from anywhere in the continental US.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and improve delivery visibility by tracking cross-team blockers and integration risks
- Drive backlog readiness discipline, ensuring work is well-defined and dependency-mapped before execution
- Influence engineer and product manager behavior through structured options and clear communication of delivery trade-offs
Required qualifications
- 5 to 7 years of delivery management experience within software engineering teams in a fintech or similarly regulated environment
- Proven ability to influence behavior through structure, data, and clear framing
- Experience with delivery systems, including reducing carryover and improving planning quality
- Strong working knowledge of Jira for dependency tracking and delivery modeling
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
