Senior Delivery Manager

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end delivery of partner implementations, the full-time Senior Delivery Manager will manage multiple concurrent workstreams, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and maintain technical relationships to ensure seamless integration and project success in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of new features and product expansions for existing partner programs, translating goals into project plans and success criteria
• Serve as the primary delivery contact for partner stakeholders, aligning cross-functional teams to meet delivery milestones
• Work closely with Lead Solutions Engineers to define integration scope and troubleshoot technical issues while developing a solid understanding of partner systems

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technical delivery management or complex integration delivery, particularly in payments or fintech
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent implementation projects with a structured approach
• Strong understanding of payments infrastructure, including payment processing and related systems
• Experience working with external partners during technical implementations, capable of navigating technical and commercial discussions
• Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and e-commerce platforms
