Senior Delivery Manager
Job Summary
To optimize the end-to-end process of software delivery, the full-time remote Senior Delivery Manager will manage release schedules, oversee the release lifecycle, and ensure effective collaboration among cross-functional teams while addressing risks and bottlenecks in the release process.
Key responsibilities
- Define and implement release schedules, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business needs
- Oversee the full release lifecycle, coordinating activities among development, QA, operations, and support teams
- Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates on progress, risks, and release impacts
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of related work experience in delivery and release management
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), particularly CI/CD and release management
- Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams in complex environments
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline
- Expertise in Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies
