Senior Delivery Partner Manager

Job Summary

To accelerate and de-risk customer business outcomes, the full-time Senior Delivery Partner Manager will oversee the Databricks Delivery Partner Program, managing relationships with Global and Regional System Integrators while driving partner enablement and delivery of services remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with system integrators to support project outcomes and pipeline reviews
• Lead the RFP process for partner selection in large, complex migration deals, utilizing data-driven templates and scorecards
• Drive delivery governance and quality assurance for partner implementations, including performance monitoring and feedback loops

Required qualifications

• Extensive experience in resource management and demand pipeline management within large enterprise organizations
• Background in partner management or consulting, with a focus on Forward Deployed Engineering
• Experience in managing partner enablement and upskilling teams for delivery capabilities
• Proven ability to manage commercial agreements and statements of work with partners
• Strong track record of working with partners and customers to execute technology solutions that meet business requirements
