Senior Demand and Supply Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Demand and Supply Manager to lead inventory management and supply planning for clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of inventory management plans for study drugs in clinical trials
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members while improving processes and tools
• Collaborate with project management teams and clients to ensure effective supply chain planning

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business/operations management preferred; high school diploma required
• 5 years of supply chain and/or planning experience, or 4 years with an advanced degree
• Understanding of clinical supply requirements and phases of clinical development preferred
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• APICS certification or equivalent preferred
