Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute demand strategy and planning to drive marketing qualified leads and conversions
• Lead marketing programs across owned channels, ensuring compliance with brand standards and regulatory requirements
• Manage team leadership and foster a culture of experimentation to optimize marketing performance

Required Qualifications

• 6-8+ years in demand generation/performance marketing with direct pipeline responsibility
• Deep expertise in lifecycle marketing, funnel analytics, and attribution
• Proven success in partnering with Sales to enhance funnel performance
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in performance marketing and ROI measurement
• Experience in demand generation strategy for B2B and/or D2C channels
