Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager - Demand Generation to lead demand generation strategies and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute an integrated, multi-channel campaign strategy to generate qualified leads and drive pipeline growth
- Define and report on key KPIs, including MQL-to-SQL conversion and pipeline contribution
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing Operations to align on pipeline goals and ensure accurate data management
Required Qualifications
- 7-9 years of experience in B2B demand generation with a proven track record in pipeline and revenue growth
- Expertise in integrated campaign development, events, and performance measurement
- Strong partnership skills with Sales and experience in building joint go-to-market programs
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
