Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager - Demand Generation to lead demand generation strategies and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and execute an integrated, multi-channel campaign strategy to generate qualified leads and drive pipeline growth
  • Define and report on key KPIs, including MQL-to-SQL conversion and pipeline contribution
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing Operations to align on pipeline goals and ensure accurate data management
Required Qualifications
  • 7-9 years of experience in B2B demand generation with a proven track record in pipeline and revenue growth
  • Expertise in integrated campaign development, events, and performance measurement
  • Strong partnership skills with Sales and experience in building joint go-to-market programs
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
