Senior Demand Generation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Demand Generation Manager to scale its demand generation function.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and execution of full-funnel marketing campaigns to drive inbound meetings and pipeline
• Design and execute multi-touch customer journeys to nurture leads from prospect to customer
• Plan and manage paid media programs, including budget allocation and performance optimization

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of demand generation or digital marketing experience across multiple channels
• Experience in the B2B space generating demand for enterprise products
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Strong analytical skills with a proven track record in data-driven decision making
• Experience managing Hubspot as a core marketing operations tool
