Senior Demand Generation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Demand Generation to lead and grow demand generation programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and own the demand generation strategy across various channels to meet pipeline and revenue targets
• Build quarterly campaign plans, aligning on goals and resource allocation with the team
• Own reporting for the demand generation function, tracking key metrics and performance outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing, with at least 2 years in a management role
• Strong strategic mindset with the ability to build plans and align stakeholders
• Hands-on experience in paid search and/or marketing operations
• Comfort with analytics and reporting tools to create performance narratives from data
• Experience managing six-figure marketing budgets with a focus on ROI
