Senior Demand Generation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Demand Generation Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated demand generation programs across various channels to drive pipeline growth
• Lead account-based marketing strategies in collaboration with Sales and SDR teams targeting priority financial institutions
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance while measuring marketing impact through reporting on pipeline influence and ROI

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or account-based marketing within a SaaS or fintech environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent work experience
• Proven experience in driving pipeline growth through multi-channel demand generation programs
• Experience with modern marketing technology stacks including CRM and marketing automation tools
• Strong analytical skills with experience in measuring campaign performance and pipeline attribution
