Job Summary
Leading the strategy and execution of demand generation programs, the full-time Senior Demand Generation Manager will optimize multi-channel campaigns to drive sales pipeline growth in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across various channels, managing budgets and strategies to drive revenue growth
- Lead campaign performance analysis, providing insights to optimize sales cycle velocity and lead quality
- Collaborate with Sales and Product Marketing teams to align strategies and messaging with target audiences
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of overall marketing experience, with at least 4 years in a demand generation role
- Experience in the SMB B2B space and with marketing automation tools like Salesforce and Pardot
- Proven track record of meeting pipeline targets and generating revenue
- Hands-on experience in executing and optimizing paid social, programmatic, and email marketing campaigns
- Experience leveraging AI and automation tools to enhance campaign performance
