Job Summary

Leading the strategy and execution of demand generation programs, the full-time Senior Demand Generation Manager will optimize multi-channel campaigns to drive sales pipeline growth in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across various channels, managing budgets and strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Lead campaign performance analysis, providing insights to optimize sales cycle velocity and lead quality
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product Marketing teams to align strategies and messaging with target audiences
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of overall marketing experience, with at least 4 years in a demand generation role
  • Experience in the SMB B2B space and with marketing automation tools like Salesforce and Pardot
  • Proven track record of meeting pipeline targets and generating revenue
  • Hands-on experience in executing and optimizing paid social, programmatic, and email marketing campaigns
  • Experience leveraging AI and automation tools to enhance campaign performance
