Job Summary
Building Simetrik's US demand engine from the ground up, the full-time Senior Demand Generation Manager/Director will manage the US field calendar, account-based marketing initiatives, and executive community engagement while operating remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the US event calendar, including industry events, webinars, and sponsorships, ensuring each ties to pipeline goals
- Lead account-based marketing programs for tier-1 US targets and manage the Experience Club for strategic accounts
- Oversee US PR efforts and media relations, enhancing Simetrik's presence in key industry networks and publications
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, field marketing, or ABM, with at least 3 years in fintech or enterprise finance software
- Proven track record of building and managing an executive community or similar program from inception
- Experience managing a tier-1 US conference presence and defending post-event pipeline metrics
- Direct experience with US PR agencies and relationships with tier-1 fintech or banking journalists
- Working knowledge of payments, banking operations, or financial controls relevant to engaging with senior finance executives
