Job Summary

Experienced B2B demand generation marketers will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Senior Demand Generation Manager, responsible for owning the strategy and execution of email marketing, automated nurturing, and virtual event programs to drive pipeline growth.

Key responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end execution of email marketing, automated nurturing, and virtual event programs
  • Manage email operations, including content, design, segmentation, and deliverability
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless lead flow and continuous feedback loops
Required qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise B2B demand generation, specifically in webinars and large-scale virtual summits
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot) and Salesforce
  • Track record of applying AI tools to streamline campaign workflows and analyze audience trends
  • Familiarity with webinar and event platforms (e.g., Zoom Webinar, Goldcast, or ON24) and LinkedIn's creator tools
  • Experience managing external vendors and program budgets
