Job Summary

Driving integrated demand generation programs, the full-time Senior Demand Generation Manager will develop strategies to enhance pipeline generation, manage multi-channel campaigns, and leverage AI tools to optimize marketing efforts in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Own and enhance marketing-sourced quarterly pipeline and booking targets in collaboration with sales leadership
  • Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns to generate qualified opportunities and accelerate revenue growth
  • Utilize AI tools to improve campaign execution and audience engagement while monitoring lead conversion performance
Required qualifications
  • 5-7 years of demand generation or growth marketing experience in B2B software, healthcare technology, or clinical research
  • Experience in building and executing multi-channel campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue outcomes
  • Strong understanding of lead management, nurture programs, and funnel optimization
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate campaign performance into actionable insights
