Job Summary

Leading pipeline generation efforts, the full-time Senior Demand Generation Manager will develop and execute integrated marketing programs targeting prospective customers in various industrial sectors while working remotely from Portugal.

Key responsibilities
  • Own demand generation strategy and execution for the B2B manufacturing and distribution segment
  • Develop and manage integrated campaigns across multiple channels including digital advertising, email marketing, and events
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize for conversion and efficiency through data-driven decision making
Required qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or integrated marketing roles
  • Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue impact through multi-channel demand generation programs
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, lead nurturing, and account-based marketing
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce or Marketo
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
