Job Summary
To drive net-new customer acquisition for the Observability business, the full-time Senior Demand Generation Manager will launch multi-channel marketing campaigns, own campaign planning and execution, and manage performance reporting in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate go-to-market strategy into demand generation strategies that generate qualified new business pipeline
- Own campaign strategies across mid-to-bottom funnel, ensuring effective lead generation and conversions
- Develop and manage AI-driven workflows for advanced targeting and multi-channel orchestration to improve conversion rates
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of B2B marketing experience focused on demand generation within SaaS or enterprise technology
- Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue for new business
- Experience executing campaigns across various channels including paid ads, email, web, and events
- Advanced proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Marketo and Salesforce
- Strong ability to measure and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights
