Job Summary

Owning the demand engine for high-intent leads, the full-time remote Senior Demand Generation Manager will build and execute multi-channel demand generation programs, ensuring lead quality through to Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).

Key responsibilities
  • Build and execute demand generation programs across various channels, including organic search, content, and paid acquisition
  • Segment and target key practitioner audiences to attract the right buyers while continuously improving performance based on data
  • Collaborate closely with Product Marketing and Growth Lead to optimize lead quality and measure funnel performance rigorously
Required qualifications
  • 5-8 years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of owning a pipeline or SQL target and successfully delivering against it
  • Experience building and operating multi-channel demand programs with a focus on data-driven performance improvement
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI in workflows to enhance output and efficiency
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills to align teams around shared outcomes
