Job Summary

To support a growing marketing team, the full-time Senior Demand Generation Specialist will manage pipeline contributions from marketing campaigns, focusing on multi-channel demand generation programs and leveraging AI tools to enhance campaign performance in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Own pipeline contribution from marketing campaigns and manage full-funnel performance from first touch to opportunity creation
  • Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation programs, including paid media, email, and content campaigns
  • Implement AI-powered workflows and tools to optimize targeting and campaign output while aligning closely with Sales and Creative teams
Required qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in demand generation, performance marketing, or a closely related role
  • Proven track record of meeting pipeline targets and managing full-funnel metrics
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Proficiency in HubSpot workflows, segmentation, and reporting
  • Experience in utilizing AI tools or automations in a marketing context
