Job Summary
Driving strategic demand generation initiatives, the full-time Senior Demand Generation Specialist will lead multi-channel campaigns, mentor team members, and collaborate across departments to enhance marketing effectiveness and support growth objectives in the medical imaging market.
Key responsibilities
- Lead strategic demand generation programs that drive measurable pipeline growth through multi-touch ABM campaigns and integrated digital marketing initiatives
- Oversee the paid media strategy to ensure high ROI and manage campaign performance analysis for strategic insights
- Mentor junior team members and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing, sales, and customer success initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in demand generation or digital marketing, particularly in B2B environments
- Advanced proficiency with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Proven experience with Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and multi-channel campaign execution
