Job Summary
Driving strategic demand generation initiatives, the full-time Senior Demand Generation Specialist will lead multi-channel campaigns, mentor team members, and collaborate across departments to enhance marketing effectiveness in the healthcare SaaS sector.
Key responsibilities
- Lead strategic demand generation programs that drive measurable pipeline growth through ABM campaigns and digital marketing initiatives
- Oversee the paid media strategy to ensure high ROI, optimizing conversion rates and demonstrating clear ROI on marketing investments
- Analyze campaign performance and market trends to inform future strategies and optimize resource allocation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in demand generation or digital marketing, particularly in B2B environments
- Advanced proficiency with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
- Strong analytical skills to drive strategic decisions and optimize campaign performance
- Proven experience with Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and multi-channel campaign execution
