Job Summary
Owning the demand strategy for a defined program area, the full-time Senior Demand Marketing Manager will develop integrated program plans, lead experimentation, and drive measurable pipeline impact in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute demand strategy, including audience segmentation and program design
- Build integrated, multi-channel program plans aligning sales, lifecycle, content, and product marketing
- Manage program performance from planning and execution to optimization and reporting
Required qualifications
- 7+ years in B2B marketing, with 3+ years in a demand generation role focused on pipeline performance
- Deep experience across multiple demand channels, including email, paid media, SEO, and social
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data and make informed decisions
- Proven ability to design and run experimentation frameworks
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot
