Senior Demand Planner
Job Summary
Collaborating with sales and marketing teams, the full-time Senior Demand Planner will manage the total US forecast, focusing on commercial and promotional forecasting while working in a hybrid environment based out of Shelton, St. Louis, or remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own and develop the monthly sales and marketing forecast by reviewing inputs and collaborating on promotional forecasts
- Lead Demand Consensus meetings to align on demand forecasts and ensure sign-off from key stakeholders
- Serve as the primary liaison between Sales, Marketing, and Fulfillment to validate and challenge demand assumptions
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Demand Planning or Forecasting
- BA/BS in Supply Chain, Engineering, Mathematics, or Business
- Technical aptitude with forecasting and data software (e.g., jda Demand/Manugistics, SAP, PowerBI)
- Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) is a plus
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
