Senior Demand Planner

Job Summary

Leading demand planning processes remotely, the full-time salaried Senior Demand Planner will develop and optimize demand forecasts, manage the monthly planning cycle, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive accuracy and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Accountable for global demand planning and forecast ownership, particularly for US markets
• Lead the monthly regional demand planning cycle, including data preparation and statistical forecasting
• Integrate market insights and analyze forecast accuracy to implement continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain management
• Experience in a global or complex environment preferred
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in statistical modeling and forecasting tools
• Proficiency with planning concepts and visualization systems such as SAP APO and Power BI
