Job Summary

Leading demand planning processes in a remote capacity, the full-time Senior Demand Planner Manager will be responsible for developing and optimizing demand forecasts, managing the monthly planning cycle, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Accountable for global demand planning and forecast ownership, focusing on US demand
• Lead the monthly demand planning cycle, including data preparation and statistical forecasting
• Analyze forecast accuracy and implement continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain management
• Proficiency with planning concepts and visualization systems such as SAP APO and Tableau
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in statistical modeling and forecasting tools
• Experience leading a team of demand planners or analysts
