Senior Demand Planner
Job Summary
Driving forecast accuracy in a collaborative environment, the full-time Senior Demand Planner will develop and manage demand forecasts across multiple ERP systems, ensuring alignment with commercial strategies and inventory targets while working remotely or from offices in Devens, MA, or Barrington, IL.
Key responsibilities
- Provide actionable insights to optimize inventory, service levels, and profitability
- Analyze historical data and market trends to ensure forecast accuracy and minimize bias
- Support monthly S&OP and bi-weekly S&OE meetings to align demand, supply, and financial planning objectives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Mathematics, or a related discipline
- 3+ years of experience in demand planning or supply chain management, preferably in multi-ERP environments
- Strong knowledge of S&OP/S&OE processes and best practices
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems and forecasting tools
- APICS CPIM certification preferred; experience with AI-driven forecasting tools is a plus
