Senior Demand Planner

Job Summary

To support the Avantor Fluid Handling business segment, the full-time Senior Demand Planner will develop and manage accurate demand forecasts across multiple ERP systems, ensuring alignment between supply and demand while collaborating with commercial, supply chain, and operations teams, with the option to work remotely or from specified office locations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain statistical and collaborative demand forecasts to optimize inventory and service levels
• Analyze historical data and market trends to ensure forecast accuracy and minimize bias
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to resolve gaps and support strategic decision-making

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Mathematics, or a related discipline
• 3+ years of experience in demand planning or supply chain management, preferably in multi-ERP environments
• Strong knowledge of S&OP/S&OE processes and best practices
• Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems and forecasting tools
• APICS CPIM certification preferred; experience with AI-driven forecasting tools is a plus
