Senior Demand Planner

Job Summary

Owning the statistical and collaborative forecast for assigned categories and channels, the full-time Senior Demand Planner will build and maintain forecasts, lead the monthly S&OP process, and partner with Sales and Marketing to size promotions and new item launches, all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain statistical baseline forecasts at the SKU, channel, and customer level using historical data
• Lead the Demand Review as part of the monthly S&OP cycle, incorporating input from various departments to create a consensus forecast
• Analyze POS and syndicated data to identify trends and adjust forecasts proactively

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or a related analytical role, preferably in food, beverage, or CPG
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Statistics, Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Strong statistical and analytical skills with experience in forecasting/demand planning software and advanced Excel
• Experience with syndicated data sources and/or DTC e-commerce analytics
• A track record of leading cross-functional S&OP or consensus forecasting processes
