Senior Demand Planning Manager

Job Summary

Leading the demand planning function for HOKA, the full-time Senior Demand Planning Manager will manage forecasting processes, coordinate S&OP demand planning, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven demand plans that support profitable growth in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Demand Planning team while managing performance and individual growth plans
• Influence cross-functional partners through data-driven storytelling and manage demand planning processes to align with business priorities
• Conduct cross-functional collaboration meetings to drive consensus on demand alignment and escalate risks and trade-offs as needed

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; preferred fields include supply chain management, merchandising, or business
• Minimum 7 years of experience in demand or supply planning within a global, multi-channel organization
• Experience leading a demand planning team of 6+ professionals and managing forecasting processes
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to drive continuous improvement in tools and processes
• Advanced experience with planning platforms such as o9 or similar tools
