Senior Demand Planning Specialist
Job Summary
To ensure the accuracy and reliability of the Demand Plan for Nature's Bounty in the US, the full-time remote Senior Demand Planning Specialist will manage demand forecasting, implement performance standards, and facilitate the Sales and Operations Planning Process.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and maintain a Demand Plan considering recent events and performance metrics
- Drive improvements in Demand Plan Accuracy through root cause analysis and systematic reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare for and follow up on Monthly Business Planning meetings
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
- At least 4 years of experience in Demand & Supply Planning or related functions
- Planning experience specifically in demand forecasting
